What should I be aware of?

In Denmark it has been a tradition for many years to implement the Building Act through the Building Regulations (BR10), which refer to norms and standards developed in Denmark.

Most of the well-established Danish standards are today replaced with common European standards. The CPD gives rise to up to 500 harmonized product standards and a much larger number of test methods to replace Danish test methods.

A CE-marked product can be placed on the Danish market, but you shall be aware of demands for special levels of the declared characteristics, i.e. specific U-values for windows in BR10.
